Making it Rain Mai Tai
30ml Hennessy V.S. Cognac
20ml orange liqueur
20ml orgeat (almond syrup)
30ml lime juice
Orange slice and maraschino or fresh cherry, to serve
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients (except orange slice and maraschino cherry) to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice to the top, then shake until well-chilled.
2. To serve, double strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino or fresh cherry.
